HARDER, Janet Louise (nee Dunn)

Tuesday, February 28, 2006, of Abbotsford, B.C., formerly of Sault Ste. Marie, after a lengthy and courageous battle with cancer, passed away peacefully at the age of 48 at the Christine Morrison Hospice in Mission, B.C. Beloved wife of the late Paul Harder. Loving mother of Aaron Slingsby (Sonia), Abbotsford, B.C., and Jeffrey Slingsby, Sault Ste. Marie. Daughter of the late Lloyd Dunn (Ann) and Glenna Metivier (Bob). Dear sister of Terrie Robertson (Grant), Marilyn Dunn, Joan Mathewson (Keith), Bradford, Ontario, and Sandra Bumbaco (Tony). Daughter-in-law of Martha Harder (late Peter), Abbotsford, B.C. Sister-in-law of Doug Harder (Rosa) and Marilyn Bysouth (Kerry), all of B.C. Will be remembered by nephews and nieces, Jason King (Darlene), Pat King (Patty), Derek Dunn (Tammy), Chris Lance (Patsy), Kari Lance, Sarah Cudlipp (Shez) and Anthony Bumbaco. Funeral and cremation services held at the Henderson Funeral Home, Abbotsford, B.C., Tuesday, March 7, 2006. A private family memorial service to be held in Sault Ste. Marie at a later date. Memorial contributions made to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated.
