“Misquabniya Nini – Red Sunset Man” – it is with heavy hearts and great sadness that we the family announce the peaceful passing on Friday, July 30th, 2021, after a courageous battle at the age of 63. Beloved best friend of Michelle. Forever loved and remembered by his children Tamara-Ann Kniahnicki (Jeff), James Haldenby, Alicia Haldenby (Michael), Jamie-Lynne Thibault (Darcy) and Jordan-Lee Thibault. Proud Papa of Jordan, Kaiya, Taiya, Draidyn, Zoe, Madison, Chayce, Keegan, Tristan. Predeceased by his loving mother Geraldine Kitts (nee Pine) (late Leonard) and his father James Haldenby. Dear brother of Janice Thibodeau, Gayle Filion (Terry), Kevin Haldenby and Sherri Kitts (Richard) Son-in-law of Eileen Thibault and the late Rod Thibault. Brother-in-law of Mary Rose Armstong (Dave), Jackie Thibault, Ron Thibault (Eileen) and Albert Thibault (Peggy). God-Father to Jonah Thibodeau. Special uncle to many nieces & nephews and cherished cousin & friend to many. Jim will now be travelling home to the creator with his beloved fur baby Jackson L Browne.
