HAIGHT, Thelma Agnes (McCaig)

Passed away at the Thessalon Algoma Manor on
Tuesday, June 3, 2008 at the age of 87. Thelma was born on Cockburn Island and is
the beloved wife of the late Randal Haight. Dear mother of Phyllis Murray (Lynn),
David, Claude, Clarence, late Fern Ambeault (late Wallie) and the late Doug.
Daughter of the late Nellie and Tom McCaig. Dear sister of Margaret Noble, Ted
(Cecile), Bernard (Gale), late Eva Pateman (late Lawrence), late Mae Haight (late
Carl), late Roda MacMillan (late David), late Jack (Ruth), late Fred (Gail Gardiner)
and the late Ivan (Phyllis Landry). Grandma of Debbie, Randy, Veronica, Terry, Willy
and the late Shane. Great grandma of seven. Thelma will also be missed by many
nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre
on Friday, June 6, 2008 from 10 am until the time of the service in the chapel at 11
am. Mrs. Marilyn Billlings officiating. Interment Maple Ridge Cemetery, Thessalon,
Ontario. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Cockburn Island Heritage
Building Foundation (for up keep of church, hall and school building) (official
receipts will be issued) or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by
the family.
