HAIGHT, Emily (Betty)

Peacefully, surrounded by her family, in her 70th year, on Wednesday, September 8, 2004. Cherished wife and friend of Bill, devoted mother of Nancy Penrose (Andrew), Brad (Vicki) and special Grammy to Emily. Daughter of the late Duncan and Blanche Brown. Sister of the late Lloyd (late Catherine), Harold (Coyla), predeceased by sister Marguerite. Loving aunt to many nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by all who knew her. At Betty’s request, there will be no visitation. Funeral services to be conducted by the Reverend John Hyndman at the Free Methodist Church, St. Joseph Island, Monday September 13th at 1 pm. Interment, Richards Landing Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SAH Cancer Clinic, SAH Oncology Unit, Sault Ste. Marie Humane Society or charity of your choice.
