We are heartbroken to announce the death of our father, Mauri Haapaneva. He passed away in his home on Friday, January 19, 2024, at the age of 76.
He leaves behind his wife, Maj-Lis, his son, Marko Vidberg (Michelle), his grandson Daniel, and his daughter, Maarit Rendon (Steve). He also leaves behind siblings Anneli, Marja-Liisa, Mirja, Annikki, Matti, Sinikka, Markku and their families. He was predeceased by his parents Arvo and Sivia.
Our dad enjoyed hunting and fishing and was always cracking a joke. He loved God and he was always ready to help others whenever needed.
