Jan 10, 1934 to Jan 27, 2010 - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Hyacinth (Dolly) Guzzo. Daughter of the late Stafford Dunkley and Estelle Wilson. Dearest wife to the late Sam Guzzo. Loving mother of Christine Petkovic (Guzzo) (Ivan), and the late Anthony Mason. Loving Grandmother of Allysha, Trajan and Troy. Step-mother of Carmel D'ettorre (Mario) and family, Lorraine Hodgson (Joe) and family, the late Pat Guzzo (Donna), the late Leanne and family, the late Judy Vernelli (Vince) and family. Sister of the late Lola Brown (Dunkley) (Winston), Caroline Dunkley, Peter Dunkley and Granville Dunkley. Sister-in-law of the late Louis Guzzo (Rosie), the late Rose Gioventu (late Guy), the late Assunta Stadnisky (late Fred), the late Eda Caicco (late John), the late Theresa D'ettore (Alex), the late Carmen Guzzo, the late Betty, the late Joe Guzzo (Mary), the late John Guzzo, the late Almelia Panco (late Sam), the late Frank Guzzo (late Maude). Step-grandmother and God-mother of many. Aunt of many and wonderful friend to more. Will be deeply missed by the Taylor Family, Carlton Taylor, late Cynthia Taylor, Simone and Dave Guizzetti (Taylor) and Nathan, Wayne Taylor, Monique Rollin and Hayden. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Sunday, January 31, 2010 from 6-9 pm. Funeral service will be celebrated in the chapel on Monday, February 1, 2010 at 11 am. Rev. Mal Binks officiating. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Special thank you to the Dialysis Unit for the many years of comfort and care provided. Hyacinth was always with a smile and enjoyed the company of others, she lived independent and to the fullest to her dying day. God Bless.
