Peacefully at the General Hospital on Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of over 33 years to Betty. Loving father of Alex (Michelle), Bruce (Janice), Glen, Jayne Solbeck (Clint), Grant (Marianne) and Tina Evans (Rick). Step father of Teresa Parish (Victor), Christopher Rickard (May), Melvin Rickard (Barbara), Reginald Rickard (J.C.), and the late Colleen Bourgeois. Romeo will be sadly missed by many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Dear brother of John (Doris), Claude (Cathy), Georgie (Bill), Hennie (late Doc), Shirley (Richard), Claudette (Ron) and predeceased by Phobie (Rheal), Raymond (Helen) and Ina (late Henry). Brother in law of Nola Napper (Ken). He is survived by many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Friday, December 21, 2007 from 6 – 9 pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Saturday, December 22, 2007 at 10 am. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the SAH Cancer Care Clinic would be appreciated.
