Peacefully passed away on Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at the Sault Area Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Jean. Loving father of Richard (Carrie) and Sharon Sim (Denis). Cherished grandfather of Darrell, Darren (Shannon), Serree Wainman (Mike), Siarra, Corey and Lee. Special great grandfather of Dreven, Rhys and Jace. Brother of Denis Gougeon (Annette), Alice Claeys (Roger), late Gerry Todd (Catherine) and the late Bernice Gagnon (Nap). Brother-in-law of the late Raymond Latour (Cleta), late Edna MacDonald (late Mickey) and the late Terry Guzzo. Neil will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. A private family service will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre. Memorial contributions to the Canadian Hearing Society, Heart & Stroke Foundation or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
