James Glode passed away at the Tendercare Nursing Home on Sunday, July 21, 2002, at the age of 86 years. Beloved husband of the late Lois Glode. Dear father of Lois Eva MacVichie (James) of Peterborough, Patricia Anne Gibson (Rod), Connie Kreutzier (Dave) and Sherry Lee MacMillan (Gary) all of Sault Ste. Marie. Grandfather of Craig and Glen MacVichie, Paul and Jeffry Gibson, Daniel and Michael Kreutzier, David MacMillan and Janice Van-Tzelfde (Dwayne). Great grandfather of Brianna Grace. A private family service will be held in the chapel at Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road, 945-7758) on Friday, July 26, with Pastor Marc McAllister officiating. Interment at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial donations made to the Salvation Army, Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated by the family.
