With great sadness, the family announce the death of Robert (Bob) Gioventu, at the Sault Area Hospital, on Friday, June 7, 2013, in his73rd year. Beloved husband of Wendy Mackan and loving father of Guy Gioventu (Tiffany). Loved grandfather of Robert & Blaze Gioventu. Robert was predeceased by his parents, Guy and Rose Gioventu and is survived by his siblings; Mary, Jim (Ruth) and Carmen (Joanne) Gioventu and Emma Evans (Ken). Robert was retired from Algoma Steel and was a member of the Eagles and Moose Lodges as well as a driver of the Elks Oncology Van. In keeping with Robert’s wishes private family funeral services will take place. In memoriam donations to the Canadian Diabetes Assn. or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
