GIONETTE, Lorraine (Lar, nee Desbiens)

Passed away at the Blind River District Health Centre on Sunday, May 7, 2006 in her 73rd year. Dear wife of the late Ivan Gionette. Beloved mother of Wayne Gionette (Suzanne) of Blind River, Gail Hibbard (James) of Iron Bridge, and the late Richard and Blake. Dear grandmother of Robin Wilkins, Tracy Wilkins both of London, Kelly Geoffroy (Richard), Melanie Roy (Chris) both of Blind River, Paula Buzzeo (Robert) of Edmonton and Paul Wilkins (Jennilee) of Wawa. Dear great grandmother of 6. Beloved sister of Val Cosby of Blind River, Shirley Young of Goulais River, Ronald Desbiens of Windsor and the late Darlene Fyfe and John Desbiens. Will be missed by numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation to be held on Thursday, May 11 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. from the Menard Funeral Home, Blind River, with service in Friday, May 12 at 10:00 a.m. from the Chapel. Father Jim Ketzler officiating. Special thanks to all those who offered their care and support, including Edward and Isabell McCann, along with Jennifer and Lyndsy for their kindness.
