Peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday April 2, 2012 at the age of 54, the creator welcomed Donna home with open arms.  She was the beloved wife of Alex Gingras and the cherished mother of David-D.J (Brooke), late Joseph Alexander, Joseph William Alexander, and Mellissa.  Proud grandmother of Amy, David, Kaysha, Binogii-Kwe, Taylor , Joel, Jocelyn, Kieara, and Landan.  Beautiful daughter of the late John and Margaret Desjardins.  Dear sister to late Margaret Bell, Agnes Agawa (Phillip), late Alice Desjardins, David Desjardins (Shirley), Barbra Cain (Boyd-Fred), late Merlin Gene Desjardins, late Theresa Murray, late Cecil Gabriel Desjardins, Vern Desjardins (Wanda), Ben Desjardine (Ella May).  Dear step-sister to the late Jack Reville and late Jim Reville.  Loving daughter in-law of Lizette Collins (late Romeo).  Dear sister in-law of Bill Gingras (Carol), Marylyn Gingras (late Richard), Jim Agawa, Darlene Gingras (Elphege), late Danny Gingras, Bruce Gingras, Gary Gingras (Kelly), Warren Gingras (Crystal), and Michelle Collins (Si).  Loving niece of Mary Hill.  Godmother to Tonja Desjardins, Jessica Riel-Johns, Tasha Agawa, and Vernon Desjardins.  A special auntie, great auntie, cousin and friend to many.  Family and friends are invited to call at O’Sullivan Donnelly Funeral Home and Cremation Center , corner of Cathcart and St. James Sts, Friday April 6, 2012, from 6p.m.-9p.m., Funeral Service, Saturday April 7, 2012, at 2:00p.m., followed by Interment at Lady of Sorrows Cemetery, Goulais Mission.
