Nellie Silver Gilmar passed away at the Plummer Memorial Hospital with her family by her side on Thursday, July 11, 2002, in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert. Dear mother of Margaret Pickering, Gary Gilmar (Shirley) and the late Lois Shuttleworth (late Jerry). Fondly remembered by 14 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Sister of Huldah Merrick, Fern Ulch, and the late Mary McFarling, Evelyn Egglesfield and Bill Lynch. Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, July 15 from 12:00 p.m. until time of the funeral service in the chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Mr. Frank Veteramo officiating. Interment at West Korah Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Day Away program or the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society would be appreciated by the family.
