Raymond John Gibbs passed away after a brief illness at the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Monday, September 9, 2002 at the age of 78. Beloved husband of Laura (nee Cooper) for 55 years. Loving father of Nancy Lee Eckford (Jerry), John (Marlene) and Laurel Ann Littleton (Roy). Cherished grandfather of Jeremy and Briona Eckford, Stephen and Ashleigh Gibbs, Jesse, Waylon and Travis Littleton. Dear brother of Joyce MacKay and James Gibbs (Doris). Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, September 11 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the Free Methodist Church, St. Josephs Island on Thursday, September 12 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev.
