Peacefully, with her family by her side at the Sault Area Hospital - Plummer Site on Sunday, October 18, 2009, at the age of 60. Beloved wife of 40 years to Giovanni Gallo. Loving mother of Mary Lou Barone (Mario), David Gallo (Marisa) and Frank Gallo. Proud grandma of Christina, Michael and Ava, Melissa and Vanessa. Dear sister of Yolanda Caruso (Mike) and Frank Meraglia (Rosemary). Dear sister-in-law of Bruno Gallo (Maria), the late Gaetano Gallo (Paolina), Geniale Gallo (Maria), both of Italy, and Giuseppina Gallo. Mirella will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Salvatore and Luisa Meraglia. A special thank you to the Doctors, Nurses and Staff of the Sault Area Hospital and the Sudbury Regional Hospital for the care given.
