Peacefully at home with family by her side on Friday, August 11, 2006, after a courageous battle with cancer, Janice’s angels lead her into the light at the age of 50. She is survived by her husband Ron, daughter Cindy (Damien), son Chris, her mother Rita and brother Ross (Cathy). Special sister in law to Allan (Judy), Carole (Gary), Dale and Debbie (Peter). Best friend of Ann and Debbie, along with many other close friends. Janice is predeceased by her father Mac and her eldest brother Lesley. She will be sadly missed by her two grandchildren Cody and Caitlin, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Sunday, August 13, 2006 from 7-9 pm. Funeral service in the chapel on Monday, August 14, 2006 at 11 am. Mrs. Helen Smith officiating. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
