January 24, 1944 - December 21, 2021 - Brenda passed away peacefully at the F.J. Davey Home on Tuesday December 21, 2021 always surrounded with the love of her family at the young age of 77.

Beloved wife of Chuck Frayn for 56 years. Loving mother of Todd, Troy (Robin Plaunt), Tricia Holden (Rob) and Robert (Amy).  Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Danielle, Allison (Paul), Anthony, Nick, Caden, Mikayla, Troy, Tyler, Easton and Riker.  Predeceased by her parents John (Jack) Alfred Turner and Emily (nee Wyatt).  Adored by her siblings; the late John Turner (Shirley), the late Marguerite Hambly (late Nyle), Ken Turner (Helen), the late Chuck Turner (late Evedine), Elane Turner and the late Ann Wilson (Delmar).  Brenda was a devoted and loving wife, Mom and Nanny.  A cherished Auntie to many nieces and nephews and second mom to many.

Unassuming, kind, thoughtful and always putting the needs of everyone else above her own.  Making sure there was plenty of food and drinks at the many family reunions and gatherings.  Brenda was one of the “three amigos”, who shared many good times together and supported each other through the difficult ones.  She will be missed dearly and never forgotten!  We find comfort in knowing Mom is finally at peace, reunited with loved ones, with Sassy by her side!

The family would like to thank the F.J. Davey home for their excellent care of Brenda over the past few years and a special thanks to all the staff, who took care of her like family!

A private family celebration and cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made by cheque or online to the Alzheimer Society. A celebration of Brenda’s life will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. East 705-759-2522). Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.arthurfuneralhome.com for the Frayn family.
