Peacefully at ARCH with her family by her side on Thursday, August 1, 2013 in her 91^st year. Beloved wife of the late Harold Foster. Loving mother of Lynleigh Kennedy (Douglas) and James (Nora). Proud grandma of Kim Poulin, Jason Kennedy (Debbie), Jonathan Kennedy (Lisa), Rhiannon Foster (Tony), Caitlin Foster (James) and Amber Harder. Special G.G. of Joshua, Chelsea, Charlee, Toby and Jackson. Dear sister of Edie Ponting (late John), Jessie Stone (late Ken) and Marjory Clifton (Selwyn) and predeceased by Graham Matthews (late Dorothy), Mary Matthews and Ivy Jones (late Ernie). Dilys will be sadly missed by her brother-in-law Homer Foster. Dilys emigrated from Pontypridd, Wales in 1945 to start a new life in Canada with her husband, Harold. A private family funeral was held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at 1 pm. Rev. Phil Miller officiated. Interment Greenwood Cemetery.
