On Friday, July 13th, 2007, Jim peacefully began his new journey surrounded by his family. Husband and best friend of Evelyn. Proud father of Carole (Tom), Bonnie (Dave), and Debbie (Rick). Loving Grampie of Jamy (Mel), Shawn (Gergana), Brent (Roger), Rebecca, Kerri, and Kristi (Garret). Great Grampie of Lilith, Carmilla, and Brayden. Eldest son of the late Gordon and Peggy Fleming. Dear brother of Gordon (Betty), and the late Dale. Brother-in-law of Bobbie (the late Robert), Ronnie (Valerie), Ernie (Marilyn), and Ann (Jack). Friends of Gilles (Mary), and Gertie. At Jim's request, a private family service will be held. Memorial donations to the SAH Oncology Unit or the Elks Oncology Van would be appreciated by the family. The family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to Dr. Walde, and the staff of the Oncology/Palliative Floor and Cancer Clinic of the Sault Area Hospital.
