Born October 14, 1920 – Died August 11, 2007, peacefully in her sleep. Gone home to be with her Savior. Loving wife of the late Marshall Fleming. Mother of Georgina Hodgson (late John), Reginald Fleming (Janet), Ronald Fleming (Pat), Verna Furkey (Bob) and Betty Lou Bateman. Grandmother of Robert Hodgson (Barbara), Jerry Hodgson (Barbara), Steven Hodgson (Heather), the late Glen Hodgson, Karen Brown (Russell), James Hodgson (Fran), Denzil Fleming (Beth) Barbara Halford, John Fleming (Melissa), Rhonna Bomhof (Bert), Calvin Fleming, Jean Aelick (Lloyd), Marsha Betournay (Bryan), Shonna Sigfrid (Dwayne) and Jodie Bateman. Cherished G.G. of 23 great grandchildren and Great Great Grandmother of 1. Sister of Evelyn Ibbitson (Thessalon Manor), sister of the late Floyd MacBride (Florence), Earl MacBride (Ida), Sarah Webb (Tom), Eva Moore (Bill) and Annie Abercrombie. Sister-in-law of Alma Boychuck (Mike), Ida MacBride (Earl), Elmer Fleming (Mary), James Fleming (Irma), Lawrence Fleming (Jerry), Howard Fleming (Terri). Much loved aunt and great aunt of many. Friends may call at the Mountain/Maple Grove Church, St. Joseph Island on Wednesday August 15, 2007 from 11 am until time of graveside funeral service at 12 noon. Rev. Phil Sabine officiating.
