Stan Fera passed away peacefully at the General Hospital on Wednesday, October 23, 2002 at the age of 87 years. Loving husband and best friends for 67 years to Elena. Loving father of Joseph (friend Cora) and Angela Leclerc (Andre). Cherished grandfather of Alex Trecroce (Bonita), Stan Trecroce (Tracy), Theresa Trecroce, Elena Fera, Toni-Lynn Bibeau (Len), Joanne Conway, Stan Fera, Marney Nethery (Jack) and Rob Leclerc. Great grandfather of 12. Brother of Mary Piro (late Frank), Emily Ruzzi (late Pat), late Carl (late Mary), late Frank (Esther) and the late Connie. Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Stan was a long-time Commissioner of Affidavits and a Notary Public. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road, 759-7758) on Friday evening from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church on Saturday, October 26 at 10:00 a.m. with Reverend James Ketzler officiating.
