FAZI, Patricia Ann

After a lengthy but courageous battle with ALS, Pat passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 8, 2009 at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice. Predeceased by her parents Frank and Jackie Lorenzo. Devoted and loving mother of Dana and Frank, grandmother of Sadie Janes and Chae, Montana and Ty Fazi. Predeceased by her uncles Bruno (Mary), Ray (June) and Frank Gassi. Special niece of Aurora Butkovich of Sault Ste. Marie and Ann Laccabue of California. Special friend and cousin of Carol Hunt (Frank), daughter Andrea and other cherished cousins. Pat worked hard in the community and was passionate about the Arts to which she devoted many hours. Cremation has taken place. A Funeral Mass will be held at Precious Blood Cathedral on Thursday, March 12, 2009 at 10 am. Rev. Vince Fiore officiating. Memorial contributions to the Algoma Residential Community Hospice (A.R.C.H.) or to the ALS Society would be appreciated by the family.
