With his best friend and soulmate, Laurie Bouchard, by his side, Tim flew free to be in the big workshop in the sky on Saturday, December 2, 2023.

Anyone who knew Tim, knew how he loved to tinker. He was always fixing something or enjoying projects for family and friends.

Tim and Laurie met when they were in their thirties. They instantly became friends and then inseparable soulmates. They were together until his final project was done, and he tightened his last screw.

Tim is survived by his love, Laurie. His son Jeffery, stepdaughter Cheryl (Derek) and three grandchildren: Bella, Justin and Sebastian.

Son of the late Ted and Jeanette Evans and son-in-law of Patricia and the late Eaucher Bouchard.

Dear brother of Michael, James and Leanne (late John). Brother-in-law of Cathy (Tom), Shelley, Holly (John), Audrey (Mike) and Julie (Frank).

Uncle and great uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Tim also leaves behind Blake (Jake) Cuthbertson, his best friend and partner in crime since the age of 13.

The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of 3C at the Sault Area Hospital and the wonderful staff at ARCH who made Tim’s last days comfortable.

Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 10, 2023 from 2pm – 5pm at 100 James Street (Common Room).

Memorial donations made to payable by cheque to ARCH or directly at www.archhospice.ca/donate would be appreciated by the family.

Miss me a little

but not for long,

And not with your head bowed low.

Remember the love

that we once shared

Miss me… but let me go.

You can no longer see me,

but please know that I am there.

I am the flowers in the garden,

I am the wind in your hair.

Goodbyes are not forever,

Goodbyes are not the end.

They simply mean,

I’ll miss you,

Until we meet again.
