Peacefully, surrounded by his family on Sunday, May 6, 2012 at the age of 65. Beloved husband of Penny Joan (nee Richards), the love of his life. Proud and loving father of Rhys and Leryn Pastir. Cherished father-in-law of Michael. Devoted grandfather “Tidie” of Varsity. Predeceased by his parents Edwin and Evelyn Evans. Dear brother of Dale Harten (Dale), Jane Sharpe (George) and the late Steve. Loved son-in-law of Joan Richards and the late Everett. Brother-in-law of Judy McLennen (Donald) and Debbie Markevich (Andy). He will be sadly missed by nieces and nephews.
