Passed away suddenly at Matthews Memorial Hospital on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at the age of 67. Beloved husband and best friend of Lynne for 36 years. Much loved father of Dean (Pam), Dawn (Ryan) and Joey (Amy). Proud Gramps of Meghan, Mackenzie, Evan and Alana. Tom will be sadly missed by Taylor and Austin. Son of the late James and Orvilla.
