Suddenly in Kingston on Monday, December 20, 2004. Dear father of Rebecca Dukes of Kemptville and Peter Dukes of Kingston. Beloved husband of Donna Timpson Dukes. Loved brother of Jim (Mary) of Sault Ste. Marie, Linda Euale (Jim) of Desbarats and Henry (Nancy Jean), also of Desbarats. Six nieces and nephews mourn his loss. Much loved 'Papa Tom' will be sadly missed by eleven new grandchildren and all the Timpson and Sarkodie families. A man of great faith and a Deacon in the Anglican Church of Canada, Tom was widely known and respected as a veterinary pathologist, medical historian, genealogist, environmentalist and life-long learner who took special joy in his work with seniors and youngsters. Much loved by the parishioners and clergy of Christ Church, Cataraqui. Funeral service will be held at Christ Church (990 Sydenham Road) Kingston, on Thursday, December 23, 2004 at 1:30 p.m. The Venerable Edward Dallow officiating. A private family interment at a later date.
