Peacefully at home on Wednesday, March 13, 2024 at the age of 78.
Loving husband of the late Adele Perugini-Dudgeon. Beloved son of the late Agnes and Edgar Dudgeon. Dear brother of the late Barbara and late Thomas Dudgeon. John will also be missed by brother-in-law Terry Perugini (Monika), his nieces Kim Edmond (Sam) and Jen Flores-Perugini (Steven), great niece and nephews Maya, Michael and Oli.
John was a great fisherman, hunter and golfer. He was superfan of the Green Bay Packers and the Soo Greyhounds. He will be fondly remembered by the Lake Achigan gang, Wayne Leon, Richard Ciotti, Jim Edwards, Frank Barban, Bob Denneny, Dave Harrington, Ken Greenwood and special friends Larry and Gerdur Euale.
A celebration of life will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home - Barton & Kiteley Chapel (492 Wellington St. East 705-759-2522) on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 from 1 pm to 3 pm. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial contributions by cheque or online to the Salvation Army or the Sault Ste. Marie Community Soup Kitchen would be greatly appreciated.
