After a brief illness at the Sault Area Hospital on Wednesday, January 18, 2012.  Frank Doran of Sault Ste. Marie in his 81st year special friend and partner of Joan Lay.  Loving father of David of Sault Ste. Marie, Bruce (Gwen) of Sudbury, Patti Kay (Merv) of Thessalon, Michael (Linda) of Kenora and the late Mellonie.  Special grandfather of Neil, Bethany, Lee, Ellen, Richard, Samantha and Miranda and several great grandchildren.  Dear brother of Barbara (Hershey), Bobby (Monica) and the late Ronnie.  Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.  At Frank’s request there will be no services.  Arrangements entrusted to Beggs Funeral Home, Thessalon, Ontario.
