Passed away peacefully at the Sault Area Hospital on Friday, May 14, 2021 at the age of 86.
Beloved partner and best friend of Eloise Steed. Loving father of Robert Diotte (Lily), Karen Wilshere (Don), Judy Ann Uchmanowicz (John), Jaye Frost (Lloyd), Teddy Diotte, Patricia (Joe), Michael Diotte (Christine) and Margaret Diotte. Cherished grandpa of Alicia, Sean, Tammy (Sean), Anthony (Jennifer), Jason (Corrie), Shannon (Phil), Lindsey (Mark), Nicole (Scott), Auriele, Mathieu, Johanan, Keeghan, Braedon and Meaghan. Proud great grandpa of 13 wonderful grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Charles Diotte. Dear brother of Norma Lowe (late Greg), Phyllis Filipetti (late Dave), and predeceased by Anna Livedotti (late Joe), Tony (late Helen), Art (late Violet), Russell (late Norma), George "Toots" (late Margaret), Orville (late Grace), Eugene (Betty) and Weldon (late Amy). Gary will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
