1946-12-24 to 2012-07-28 at the age of 65 in Ferintosh, Alberta. Passed away peacefully with his loving wife Linda of 30 years and family by his side. Son of: Dalton William Dimma (late) and Frances Clara Dimma (nee Tallon) (late). Dear father of Irwin (Janice), Randean (Toby); Grandfather of Lexi, Irwin, Kade, Kiya and Keira. Brother of Graydon Dimma (Marg), Nephews: Tommy and Jason Dimma, Sisters: Darlene Dimma, Nephew: Jesse Fantham, and Debbie Forget (Dennis), Nephew: Lee Forget, Nieces: Lindsay and Karli Forget. His presence in our lives is a gift we will always be thankful for. A huge void will be felt in the lives of many who had the privilege of knowing him. Vern was a friend to everyone and will be missed by many, especially Wayne Basawa a dear friend since childhood. Vern was easy going and loved his life with his family and friends. Through his life he got a kick out of weight lifting, kick boxing, running, hunting, quading, snowmobiling and riding his motorcycle through the mountains.
