With his wife by his side on Monday, March 15, 2011 Adelard Desforges passed away at the Blind River District Health Centre at the age of 86. Devoted husband to Ernestine, his caring wife of 66 years. Predeceased by his sons Michael and Aurele, he leaves sons Donald (Claudette), Richard (Leila), and Claudette Jordan (John). Grandfather of Kevin, DJ, Jordan, Jesse, David, Kristine, Chantal, and Marc. Great grandfather of 13.
Will be missed by brother and sister-in-law Curly and Simone Everett. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Resting at the Menard Funeral Home, Blind River, where friends may call Thursday, March 17, 2011 from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 18, 2011 at 11 a.m. from St. James the Greater Parrish, Blind River.
