Passed away peacefully in the presence of loved ones on Sunday, January 17, 2010 at the age of 82. Loving husband of June Deresti (Quesnelle), deceased and father of Marty Deresti , deceased. Survived by his daughter Paula Deresti of Toronto, ON and Denise Mann (Deresti) of Vancouver, BC; his granddaughter Olivia Deresti-Robinson; son-in-laws, Glenn Robinson and George Mann. Also survived by his sisters and brother; Alice Lannoo, Elsie Deresti, Eva Busby, Tony Deresti and Sharon Zandstra, their spouses, many nieces and nephews. He was dearly loved and will be sadly missed. Memorial Service will be held at a future date in Sault Ste Marie in the July timeframe and details will be announced.
