Went to be with his Lord and Saviour with family by his side at the Extendicare Maple View on Sunday, October 23, 2016 at age of 87. Beloved husband of Ellen for 67 years. Father of Linda Bachmann (John), Judy Demers, Jim Demers (Marilyn), Jane Beltramin (Randy) and David Demers. Grandfather of Karl, Andrew, Erika and James Bachmann, Miriam Martin, Jonathan, Yossi, Tami, Jimmy and Moshe Demers, Nicole Burkhart and Joshua Beltramin. Great grandfather of 13. Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. We remember his love and faithfulness for his family, His compassion for the poor, His generosity to those in need, His kindness to the smallest of God’s creatures.
