At the Plummer Memorial Hospital on Friday January 7, 2005. Beloved husband and best friend of Josephine. Loving father of; Emilio (AnneMarie), Gina Coutu (Jamie) all of Sault Ste. Marie and Anthony of London. Cherished Nonno of; Joseph and Melissa Del Basso and Christopher and Christina Coutu. Dear son of the late Stefano and Emilia Del Basso. Brother of; the late Ralph Del Basso (Emilia) of Sault Ste. Marie, Alfonso Del Basso (Elsa) of Italy, the late Nicola Del Basso, MariaSista Del Basso (late Antonio Masella) and Anna Della Ratta (late Carmello) all of Italy. Brother-in-law of; Rosetta Smith (late Bill), Achille Perri (late Nella) and Tony Salamone (Charlotte). Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews in Sault Ste. Marie and Italy. Friends may call at the Northwood Funeral Home (942 Great Northern Road 945-7758) on Monday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Gregory’s Church on Tuesday January 11, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. Entombment at a later date. Memorial donations made to the Sault Area Hospital (Cancer Care Fund) would be appreciated by the family.
