Passed away peacefully at Extendicare Mapleview on Sunday, August 12, 2018 at the age of 92. Beloved husband of the late Dialina DeClavasio. Cherished father of the late Clara Theriault, Lucio DeClavasio (Lilly) of Oakville, Ermano DeClavasio (Valerie) of Hamilton and Tina Light (Bob). Proud grandpa of Jeff Theriault (Jenn), Mike Theriault (Lori), Lucas DeClavasio (Jill), Rachel DeClavasio, Olivia DeClavasio, Andrew DeClavasio (Heather), Stephen DeClavasio and Mathew Knight (Michelle). Loving great grandpa of Hannah, Jordan, Michael, Anthony, Lucas, Liam, Owen and Aaron. Predeceased by his parents Nicola and Carmela DeClavasio. Dear Brother of the late Michele DeClavasio (late Filomena) and Maria DiTommaso (late Arnaldo). Otto will be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives of Italy and Australia and friends.
