After a lengthy battle from heart disease at the Sault Area Hospital on Saturday, March 5, 2011. Beloved wife of Claude for 44 years. Much loved mother of Liisa Lee and Christopher Allen (Keri). Cherished grandmother of Carter Allen and Avery Dianne. Daughter of the late Bob and Jewel Allen. Dear sister in law of Berthe Desloges (late Rene), Gertrude Saal (Rudy), Wilfred (Linda), Simone, late Silvio, late Ivan, late Roland, late Maurice, late Yvette and the late Anita Wright (Tom) all of Sudbury. Missed by many nieces and nephews. Moose and Jewel will also miss grandma. A come and go celebration will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, March 8, 2011 from 7–8 pm. A private family service to follow. Memorial donations made to the Westminster Presbyterian Church or Children’s Health Foundation at London’s Health Sciences Centre would be appreciated by the family.
