Theresa M. Dabbs, nee Wisnewski, 61, of Alton, Ill. born October 3, 1951, in Sault Ste Marie, Michigan, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013, in Alton, Ill. Mrs. Dabbs loved figure skating and even taught it at the Cahokia Ice Rink. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother; who will truly be missed by all who knew her. Surviving to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 41 years, James R. Dabbs, Sr., of Alton, Ill.; her son, James R. (Nicole Sneed) Dabbs, Jr., of Alton, Ill.; and a grandson, Abram J. Dabbs; a sister and a brother; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Memorials are appreciated to Susan G. Koman Foundation. Funeral: A memorial service to honor her life was held at 12 noon, Saturday, March 2, 2013, at the funeral home with Rev. Charles West officiating. Interment will be held privately in Lake View Memorial Gardens, Fairview Heights, Ill.
