With heavy hearts, we regret to announce the passing of Mom at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice on Saturday, February 13, 2010 in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Frank Czop Sr. and the late Ben Pomber. Cherished and devoted Mom of Patricia (George) Pateman, Frank Jr. (Mary) Czop and Floyd (Diane) Czop. Proud Baba of her seven grandsons; Christopher, Darrell, Danny, Kevin and Shawn Czop, Greg and Gary Pateman and their spouses. Great grandmother of Gage, Brooklyn, Kiera, Sydney, Leah and Chloe Czop and Madden Pateman. Dear sister of Lily (Walter) Parniak. Predeceased by siblings Josephine Martynuck, Jennie Dyryk, Stella Maciuk, Bertha Dumanski, Edward, Stan, Caroline and Joseph Dzama. She will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Mom will be remembered for her sense of humour, positive attitude, contagious smile and strong faith. Friends and relatives may visit at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Tuesday, February 16, 2010 from 6 – 9 pm. Funeral Mass at St. Veronica’s Roman Catholic Church, 559 Douglas Street, on Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at 12 noon. Rev. Ron Ambeault officiating. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
