Suddenly at the Sudbury General Hospital on Friday, May 7, 2004 at the age of 83. Loving husband of Marian (nee Holmberg). Special father of Jack and Barb, Richard and Janice, Carol and Tom Weeks, Robert and Rhonda and Ron and friend Connie. Grandfather of 22 and great grandfather of 14. John is predeceased by his brother Mel and sister Doris Kuper. John served in the RCAF from 1941-1945 as Flight Sergeant R90553. Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home and Cremation Centre on Wednesday, May 12, 2004 from 12 pm until the time of the funeral service in the chapel at 1 pm. Capt. Stephen McNeilly officiating. Interment West Korah Cemetery. Memorial contributions to the Salvation Army or to a charity of choice would be appreciated by the family.
