Passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2010 at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice at the age of 78 with his family by his side. Loving husband of Erma. Dear father of Dennis Jack (Sarah) and Floyd (Denise). Cherished grandfather of Tanya, Sarah and Charly. Son of the late Jack & Margaret. Brother of Alex Cooper and the late Thomas Penney (Margaret). Brother-in-law of Shirley McKinnon, Murray Smith and the late Betty Wing (Joe). Uncle of many nieces and nephews. Leroy will be sadly missed by Allen Boxwell (Elaine) & Gilbert Boxwell (Muriel). A memorial service will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 at 11 a.m. Rev. Nancy Ferguson officiating. Interment Dunns Valley Cemetery.
