It is with broken hearts that we are having to say goodbye to Jack on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice.
Beloved husband of Gail. Devoted father of Tracey (Tim Wetzl), Pam (Mike Jalak), Sarah (Danny Galarneau). Adoring grandfather of Kendra, Jesse, Carly, Mitchell, Andrew, Kieran, Edie and Felix. Cherished brother of Carol (Barry), Nancy (Rob). Predeceased by his loving parents Bill and Dorothy, and his twin sister, Joan.
Jack’s memory will be forever preserved on the shores and waters of Lake Superior. He made this lake his home, used its energy and gifts to build unbreakable friendships and its beauty to create a lifetime of memories and adventures. The world has lost a caring, wise and adored man.
At Jack’s request, there will not be a service or reception. In his memory, be kind and compassionate, be a voice for those that need to be heard, find gratitude in nature’s beauty, and live a simple and humble life with the things that make you happy.
