Peacefully one day before his 78th birthday, in his favourite chair at the F.J. Davey Home on Thursday, March 8, 2006. Loving husband of Claire for 55 years. Beloved father of Fred (Debra), Raymond (Heather), Robert (Leslie), David (Irene), Debra (Ron) and the late John John. Proud grandfather of 10. Son of the late Alfred and Claudia Clement. Dear brother of Julien (Gemma), Gerry (Sally), Rheal (Kathy), Flora (late Roland), Jean (late Roy), Alice and predeceased by the late Germaine (Albert), Cecile (Hector) and Elmire (Eugene). Known and remembered by family and friends for his never ceasing humour, even to his last breath. He leaves behind aunts, uncles, many nieces and nephews. He will be sadly missed by his countless friends. A memorial service will be held at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, March 13, 2006 at 1 pm. Rev. Norman Fortier officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations to the F.J. Davey Home or the Sick Children’s Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
