It is with profound sorrow that the family announce the passing of Douglas Churchill at Health Sciences North in Sudbury on April 17, 2018.  Loving husband of Heather Churchill of Elliot Lake and father of Troy Churchill of Guelph.  Dear brother of Marilyn Churchill Stirling of Burlington, uncle of Shawn Stirling (Cheryl), Kimberley Stirling (Mike) and great uncle of Calvin and Melody.  A memorial gathering will be held at the Elliot Lake Funeral Chapel & Cremation Centre (36 Ontario Avenue) on Saturday April 21st, 2018 between the hours of 2-4 pm. A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Southern Ontario.  Memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
