It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Romeo Chartrand in his 76th year at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice on August 19, 2009. Beloved husband of Catherine (Chevrier) for 53 years. Loving father of Jim Chartrand (Susan) of Sault Ste. Marie, Kathleen Hicks (Ted) of Desbarats and Dan Chartrand of Sault Ste. Marie. Very Special Grandpy to Amanda Moss (Brent) of Sault Ste. Marie and Abigail Hicks of Desbarats. Step grandfather of Pamela Rayment (Jeremy) of North Bay and Patricia Pretty-Senechal (Hugo) of Sault Ste. Marie. Special Grandpy to his Great Grandchildren Tait and Evan Moss of Sault Ste. Marie and Logan Rayment of North Bay. Son of the late Phillippe & Irene Chartrand. Brother of Leo Chartrand (Janet) of Sault Ste. Marie, late Yvonne Lacasse (late Roland) and late Rose Mousseau (late Gerry). Brother in law of Bill Chevrier (Fran) of Ottawa and Marion Heaney (Fred) of Sault Ste. Marie, ON. Uncle and Great Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Special friends to Clark and Sandra Van Buskirk of Beals Lake, ON and Larry and Chris Dubey of Alpena, MI. Romeo will be missed by all the special people at Country Style.
