Passed away peacefully at home in her 59th year of life surrounded by her family.
Loving mother of Ashley (Andrew), Alicia, Duncan (Ash), and Christina. Older sister to Becky (Mark).
Niece to Mary Chant (late Gerald), Pancho (Petri), Cuca (late Octavio), and Tavito (Olga) & her special fur baby George. Dear cousin to Nick, Paul, Ruth and Sheilagh. Devoted Nana to Joshua, Kaylee (Larry), Miya (Milkshake), Coltin, Connor and Kevin. Caring Aunt to Steven and Michael. Dear best friend to Donna, Michelle, Audra Kathleen and Nila. She is predeceased by her parents Peter and Alicia Chant, and now are reunited forever in peace.
Linda was a very passionate person in every aspect of her life. Whether it be her in the garden, listening to her famous tunes, reading/learning, knitting anything you wanted; Linda always found joy in everything she did for her family and others. Linda was very devoted to her church and Catholic Faith. She was also involved in charity work through her church and within the community. The love she had for her family, friends, and fur babies was unwavering and a true inspiration. Linda lived life like she was not burdened by her sickness, happy and full of love for her family.
A mass is being held at Our Lady of Good Counsel on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at 11 am, open to the public.
