CHAMP, Heather Diane (nee Van Norman)

Passed away peacefully at The Carpenter Hospice on Wednesday, January 23, 2013 at the age of 67.  Loving mother of Jonathan and Ashley.  Cherished ‘Poppa’ of Taylor and Lukas.  Dear sister of Wenda and Brent.  Heather would like to thank all her friends and family for their unwavering support during this time.  Heather will be sadly missed.  A Funeral Service will be held at SMITH'S FUNERAL HOME, 485 Brant Street (one block North of City Hall), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, February 2, 2013 with visitation from 12 p.m. until time of service in the Chapel at 1 p.m.  Reception to follow.  Interment will be held at Greenwood Cemetery, Sault Ste. Marie at a later date. If desired as an expression of sympathy donations made to The Carpenter Hospice would be sincerely appreciated by the family.
