October 29, 1943 – August 1, 2012 - Passed peacefully on Wednesday, August 1, 2012 in his 69th year. Beloved brother of Gail Carter (Frank), Oscar Jr. (friend Doris) and Michael (Dorothy). Son of the late Oscar and Margaret Carlson. Best friend and partner of the late Patricia Schapiro and extended family. Survived by several nieces and nephews; Terry, Timothy, Donald, Margaret and Daniel Carter, Sherry Slobodecki;  Donelda Chartrand; Terry and Jessi Carlson; Wendy and Randy Macey.
