CAMERON, John

Peacefully passed with his family by his side after a courageous battle with cancer on Thursday, December 1, 2011at the Algoma Residential Community Hospice at the age of 85.  Loving and devoted husband of Marie for 51 years.  Much loved father of Andrew (Shelly Swire).  Papa John to Wyatt and Kohl.  Faithful dog Milo was by his side through it all.   Son of the late Kenneth McLean and Mary Ann Cameron.   Dear brother of Herman Cameron (late Shirley), Archie Cameron (Greta and the late Beatrice) and Annie Hurley (late Rauliegh).    Brother-in-law of Veronica Evans (Arthur), Joanne Hiscock (Laurie), Rose Marie Budge (David), late Tyyne Lane (late Bill and the late Gerry Vossen) and the late Bucky Bourdages (Phyllis).  Uncle of many nieces and nephews.  Friends may call at the Arthur Funeral Home & Cremation Centre on Monday, December 5, 2011 from 1 pm until time of the service in the chapel at 3 pm.  Memorial contributions to the A.R.C.H. or Club 14 would be appreciated by the family.  Expressions of sympathy may be offered at www.arthurfuneralhome.com
