Margaret Butters, known to many residents of Richards Landing and Sault Ste. Marie, passed away on January 27, 2019 in Ottawa.
Marg and her husband Dave were active in the community, in the Legion, and in the Lion’s Club for a number of years. They enjoyed their life in Richards Landing immensely.
On Sunday June 2nd, at 2:00pm, her son, Leo Foss, along with her family and friends, will be interning her ashes in the St. Joseph Township Cemetery, on 10th Side Road. Her grave will be next to her husband Dave, who is already interred in that cemetery.
Friends of Margaret are invited to attend the interment. Leo will give a few words in memory of her. Following the interment coffee and refreshments will be provided at the Royal Canadian Legion at 1534 10th Side Road, Richards Landing.
All who knew Marg and Dave are invited to attend.
