Grandfather of Dimitris Foss and Reatha Sandy. Cousin of James Butters, Lowell Butters and Mary Jane Stoll. David had been an active member of Lions Club and Branch #374 of the Royal Canadian Legion, both of St. Joseph’s Island, Ont. Friends are invited to visit at the West Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry Funeral Home, 150 Woodroffe Ave, Ottawa, Saturday, July 5th, from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
